CrossFit Hurakan specialises in full-body training, performed in a small group training environment with the purpose of achieving fitness using movements and exercises heavily based on gymnastics, olympic weightlifting, powerlifting and sprinting which identifies a worldwide community of athletes, all focused on enjoying this methodology of training and its results in terms of health, strength, performance, fat loss and improved quality of life. Designed with and for CrossFit Hurakan.
